- We are a certified Small Business in multiple NAICS codes.
- We are the only U.S. firm, large or small business, to hold three prime IDIQ contracts for Cost Engineering Services directly with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
- MOCA Service’s cost engineers utilize MCACES 2nd Generation (MII), Primavera 6 Scheduling, MS Project, Oracle Crystal Ball, and industry recognized Integrated Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis Software.
- MOCA Services is a pioneer and leader in preparing programming/conceptual estimates using the Tri-Services PACES system. Our cost engineering staff was the original developer of the PACES application and sophisticated algorithms for the parametric cost engineering models.
- MOCA Services is a thought leader and have provided special cost studies and analyses, Independent Government Estimates (IGE), cost product assessments and validations, market conditions research, and unique risk analysis process research.
