Glendale Library Branch

The Glendale Branch Library is a one-story, 19,000 square foot public library with landscaping and parking adequate for 20 or more vehicles. The interior has the capacity to house a collection of 60,000 items. The facility contains a large meeting room, seven small meeting/study rooms, an area for children’s programming, a creative space for teens, a small serving/preparation area to support the large public meeting space, and a secure exterior garden area. The project is designed to comply with a LEED Silver Certification Level according to the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Rating System.
