As part of a team experts providing construction management services to two of Delta Air Lines’ largest building programs – Los Angeles Airport and LaGuardia Airport, MOCA Services is providing construction management and schedule support for these programs.

At LaGuardia, MOCA Services assists Delta with establishing the program schedule for this $1B+ program. Scheduling a program of this size is a considerable undertaking, requiring expert-level experience in scheduling software and building construction knowledge and procedures. At LaGuardia, the airport system is also building a new terminal, so the scheduling efforts require a considerable amount of coordination with other large programs and coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration, local airport authorities and their projects, and other affected airline carriers.

We are providing project management services at both programs. The team assists with managing civil works and the associated design and costs. We are also providing move management. A program of this size requires moving many people, multiple times and requires planning and coordination with multiple departments, governmental agencies, and other airlines affected by the moves.

As the building progresses, these professionals will continue to provide management services to all phases of construction – pre-construction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
