Pentagon Program Support

MOCA Services provided construction management support including scheduling, cost engineering, project management, and quality assurance support to the USACE Baltimore District for the Pentagon Program. This support is for construction of all types of projects on the Pentagon Reservation since 2011 under 8 USACE Baltimore District Task Order under multiple IDIQ contracts.  

MOCA Services provided CM support on 85+ Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction projects on the Pentagon Reservation at approximately $350M+ in construction cost for various improvements throughout the Pentagon Reservation. This includes the construction of new advanced pedestrian and vehicle access control facilities, active vehicle barriers, perimeter fencing, canopies, structural upgrades, visitors and employee entrance facilities, remote delivery facility structural renovation, a new control tower and fire station, and tenant office fit outs.
