Spanish Fork is in need of a new library, senior center, and city office. Additionally, community surveys have identified a large Interest in an indoor aquatics & recreation center. Spanish Fork City retained MOCA to align the needs of a new library, senior center and city office facility with the wants of the community to determine the best direction for the city. The result was a 134,255 SF “Life Center” containing indoor aquatics, recreation, library, and a senior center.

MOCA facilitated multiple workshops with the city’s steering committee, a citizen’s committee, and the general public to identify their goals, objectives, and vision.
