Located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the project includes restoration of the 127-year-old Wyoming State Capitol, a National Historic Landmark.  The project also includes expansion of the underground Capitol connector containing committee rooms, the rehabilitation of the Herschler Office Building, a new Central Plant, and a reorganization of the plaza and site elements.

MOCA was retained as the owner’s representative in July of 2015 at the request of the Capitol Oversight Group for the $300 million Wyoming Capitol Square Project. MOCA was charged to provide guidance and direction to the project team as directed by the Oversight Group to improve overall communication amongst the stakeholders.
